An overview of the optimal care pathway for pulmonary management post total laryngectomy and examined the evidence and benefits of the use of Heat Moisture Exchangers in the immediate postoperative setting and acute phase of rehabilitation. We also shared discussion points around the use of adhesives immediately postoperatively with a special guest, Dr Thomas Rustemeyer.
