The speaking valve has two infinitely adjustable side openings and an oxygen supply port.

By turning the head part of the valve, the breathing resistance can be individually adjusted. Expiration then takes place partially via the side openings and the natural airway. For tracheostomy tubes with 15 mm connector 5 pieces, under REF 650-TO-5.
