Webinar 1: To cap or not to cap?
Capping can often be considered the final step in tracheostomy weaning, however the practice of capping varies widely between clinicians and clinical area. Should we use capping at all to help inform readiness for decannulation? If we do cap, how long should we cap for? What are the potential benefits to using capping and what potential complications might we see? In this webinar we will hear from clinicians with differing practice and perspectives, to explore the world of capping and what can influence decision making.
